Chief Operating Officer
Emily Watson is the Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 25 years of multifamily experience in operations, training and asset management. Emily is responsible for driving operational execution and performance, talent management, marketing and revenue management.
Prior to joining Lantower Residential, Emily was Managing Director for Berkshire Residential, overseeing over 21,000 units in 20 major markets throughout the United States. Previously, she held senior roles at Equity Residential, McDowell Properties and Buckingham Companies.
President - Property Management
Colleen is the President of Property Management and brings over 30 years of experience in operations, development and training. At Lantower, Colleen is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of the entire portfolio. Additionally, Colleen sits on the Executive Committee for the Texas Apartment Association and is a past President of the Austin Apartment Association.
Prior to joining Lantower, Colleen held the position of President at CREA Management, where she successfully built a full-service management company specializing in new development lease-ups. Colleen has also worked for Berkshire Residential, Stream, Gables Residential and Equity Residential.
She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BBA in Business Management and holds her CAPS certification.
Executive Vice President - Development
Hunter is the Executive Vice President of Development and oversees the acquisitions and development departments. To date, he has participated in over $2 billion of Lantower's multifamily acquisitions. Additionally, Hunter is responsible for the site selection and process for all new developments.
Prior to joining Lantower Residential, Hunter worked in asset management and acquisitions for U. L. Coleman Companies, where he was responsible for underwriting, analytics, and financing of multifamily investments.
Hunter graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
Executive Vice President - Accounting
Audrey oversees Lantower Residential's accounting department. Prior to joining Lantower, Audrey was a controller for Invitation Homes, a Blackstone real estate portfolio company and among the largest single-family rental companies in the United States. Previously, she was a corporate accounting manager for Tarragon Corporation, a public company that owned multifamily apartment communities, commercial properties, and developments. Audrey has over twenty years of accounting experience, most of which in the area of real estate.
Audrey graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Executive Vice President - Portfolio Management
Tony Duplisse is the Executive Vice President - Investments of Lantower Residential and joined the company in 2021. He is responsible for providing market expertise and strategic direction in the acquisition, development and execution of operating and capital plans for all Lantower Residential investments.
Prior to Lantower Residential, Tony was the Founder of a Scottsdale-based investment company, where he oversaw the firm’s capital deployment and day-to-day operations in addition to establishing direction for the firm’s business planning and strategy. Tony has over 25 years of multifamily industry experience with both private equity and public REITS including Fairfield Residential, Associated Estates and Equity Residential.
Tony holds a dual Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a member of American Mensa, the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is based in Dallas, Texas.
Controller
LaTres Yeldell is the Controller of Lantower Residential and is responsible for leading the Accounting team, implementing processes and procedures, and ensuring the issuance of timely monthly financials. LaTres has over 20 years of accounting experience, 16 of which in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Lantower, LaTres worked at Trammell Crow Company and Stream Realty Partners.
LaTres received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduating, she pursued and earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Executive Vice President - Legal
Michael Loeb is Lantower Residential's Executive Vice President of Legal.
Prior to Lantower Residential, Michael worked as a real estate attorney in New York City, where his practice focused on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Michael received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2013, where he received the Milton Young Prize for Taxation.
Vice President – Marketing
Amy Lane is the Vice President of Marketing at Lantower Residential and brings a customer-centric approach to its marketing strategy. Amy is responsible for ensuring consistency in the application of all marketing programs, driving traffic to the communities, and overseeing corporate & property brand development.
Prior to joining Lantower, Amy was the Regional Marketing Director at Lincoln Property Company, developing marketing strategies for new business opportunities and overseeing marketing efforts for over 8,700 units in Dallas/Fort Worth. She previously held a Marketing Associate role with Greystar, managing day-to-day marketing efforts for 15,000 units in 3 major markets.
Vice President - Operations
Nick Amy is the Director of Operations and his primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations support department, revenue management, operational analytics and training.
Before joining Lanotwer, Nick has worked at Davis RE and Asset Living, holding various real estate positions. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Texas A&M University.
Director of Design and Development
Leandra Stevenson is the Director of Design and Development for Lantower Residential. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the design process of all new developments and projects for Lantower. Leandra also partners with the Chief Operating Officer to lead Lantower's charitable efforts through the company's social mission: Lantower Living to Giving.
Prior to joining Lantower, Leandra was a Project Coordinator with Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, where she managed departmental processes and functions while leading special projects.
Leandra graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Business Management.
